Coffee is the one stimulant I couldn’t live without. Every day starts with a fresh pot made in my Bodum coffee maker. I usually prefer Italian coffee; Marks and Sparks do a nice one for every day, as do Lavazza.
Last Saturday I was browsing in Brown Thomas with my sister looking to spend some of her vouchers which she received as wedding presents and I came across the stunning espresso maker designed by Bugatti, the high performance automobile maker. It costs a small fortune at €600 but also included is a DVD instruction movie, recipe book and an instruction book. It’s beautifully designed and I particularly love the gauge, inspired by a car dashboard. A kitchen must have!
