I had many pairs of leather trousers in my late teens and early twenties, when I was a rocker girl and before I turned into a raver girl, but I haven’t had a pair since. Just before Christmas I bought a pair of leather leggings in Zara (well pleather actually, as my budget won’t stretch to proper leather leggings at the moment, but these are on my wishlist) and they have become one of my most worn items of my clothing since.
Over the festive season I wore mine at night dressed up with sequins and heels, but I’ve also been inspired by a more casual look, as you can see from the pics below. I love the look of leather with grey marl, denim shirts, and oversized jumpers for daytime. Consequently, I now may have an excuse to buy a denim shirt – I can’t believe I don’t own one already! I’ve also just bought this men’s shirt to wear open with a white vest underneath, and black Converse.
