I loved hearing David Mitchell speak at the Dublin Writers Festival a couple of years ago and when I came across this video on Youtube I was reminded why. He is so considered and genuine and seems like such a lovely person as well as a truly brilliant writer. I really look forward to the day when I can think of myself as a real writer in the way that he describes at the beginning of this interview.
