Hadley Freeman is reliably funny when writing in the Guardian and today she tackles the topic of what one should wear when writing. Apparently in a small survey a percentage of women writers confess to writing whilst completely naked. They obviously don’t live in Ireland where it is often freezing and not at all a conducive climate for writing nude!
Me? I usually wear some bizarre outfit that has evolved over the course of the day rather than been put together purposefully. So today it’s an All Saints black hoody with striped leggings which now have thigh high socks on over them as I was cold. Add to this birds-nest hair and glasses and it’s not a look in which I’d want to be seen outside!
