Barry McCall is one of Ireland’s foremost fashion photographers and his work has been published in every fashion magazine in Ireland as well as Rolling Stone and other international publications. On October 8th McCall’s stunning book entitled “PHO20GRAPHY” was launched in Brown Thomas. The beautifully designed book showcases the past twenty years of Barry’s work and is being sold exclusively in Brown Thomas and BT2 stores. The book retails at €80.00 with proceeds being donated to the ISPCC, Irelands oldest children’s charity.
With over 350 pages and 300 images, PHO20GRAPHY promises to be a book that people will return to time and time again for inspiration and enjoyment. For the book Barry has shot a large number of celebrity portraits around the world from Liam Neeson in his family apartment in New York City, to Snow Patrol in Red Square, from Colin Farrell on a hotel roof in LA, to John Kavanagh on the Abbey Theatre stage.
PHO20GRAPHY is bound to be a popular present idea in the run up to Christmas and with all proceeds going to such a worthy cause it’s certainly an appropriately charitable gift.
