The new Arcade Fire video takes fan interactivity to a whole new level. Taken from the new album “The Suburbs”, the video for We Used To Wait sees the band collaborate with Chris Milk, acclaimed US video director and photographer. When you click through to the video site, you are asked to input an address from your childhood. This is then used to create a rush of images and an interactive postcard that is personal to each viewer. The video opens up lots of windows on your desktop and is pretty processor intensive so it could crash your computer unless you have a fast Internet connection and a powerful processor. Nonetheless it’s so very worth it if you can persevere – a truly unique and ingenious video.
