I have been singlehandedly spearheading a revolt against the stripper style mega-platforms that have been so very popular over the last number of years. Not only do they often ruin the line of an outfit, but they are impossible to walk in after any length of time. Have a look in town on a Saturday night and watch the girls falling off their shoes or walking like ducks due to severe pain in their feet or worse again, walking barefoot with the offending shoes in their hand. It’s not practical, it’s not sexy and it’s not elegant.
